failed through no fault of yours.

Physical damage, liquid damage, the results of a repair done by you or by

someone else, and battery wear within the limits the manufacturer allows.

Message us on Telegram with the model, the serial number and what happened.

We collect the device for diagnostics — in person in Kyiv, by Nova Poshta

elsewhere. Diagnostics is free.
